Memorial services for Aaron Bösl of Prior Lake, MN formerly of Starbuck will be held Friday, May 15, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at the Starbuck Community Center in Starbuck. Visitation will be one hour prior to services on Friday.
Aaron Edward Bösl was born May 7, 1974 in Minneapolis, MN. His childhood was spent in Starbuck, MN where he graduated from Minnewaska Area High School. Aaron was very proud to call Starbuck his home and to be a Starbuck Buck and a Minnewaska Laker. One of Aaron's proudest times was being part of the 1992 Minnewaska basketball team that went to the state tournament.
He later moved to Fargo where he attended North Dakota State University. While in Fargo he began working for Best Buy, where he worked for many years including nearly 10 years in the national corporate offices. At Best Buy, Aaron was able to travel much of the country while meeting celebrities and musicians through planning and hosting events. Through these and many other experiences Aaron was able to enjoy his lifelong love of music.
Aaron was known for his energy, inspirational motivation, and caring attitude. He was enthusiastic about life, always having a positive attitude, and always able to provoke a smile especially with his adoring nieces & nephews.
He enjoyed playing basketball and golf throughout his lifetime as well as being an avid fan of sports.
Aaron is preceded in death by his grandparents Richard and Muriel Savage, and Edward Bösl. He is survived by his parents Dr. Robert and Vickie Bösl, his siblings, Anne Major (Jason), Andrew Bösl (Ellen), Amber Van Vickle (Travis), by his grandmother Marie Bösl, and his nieces and nephews Hayley, Hannah and Jack Major, Nolan and Elise Bösl, and Honora Van Vickle, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He died of an acute cardiac event on May 8, 2015 having left a positive mark on essentially everyone he met.
