Amelia Turnbull

Funeral services for Amelia Violet Turnbull, infant daughter of Amanda Rosendahl and Ryan Turnbull of Appleton, MN will be Friday, September 14, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at St. John's Catholic Church in Appleton, MN. Father Paul Timmerman will serve as celebrant for the service. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the church on Friday. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Holloway.

Amelia Violet was born July 16, 2018 in Willmar, MN…..our girl was an absolute gift and was so amazing.  This baby girl was adorable, cute, beautiful and lovable.  She had a smile that can light up a pitch black room and steal your heart.  If you had Amelia in your life, consider yourself the luckiest person alive.  Her snuggles were priceless and yet not often enough as she had soo many that wanted her.

Amelia died on Friday, September 7, 2018 at the Appleton Area Hospital in Appleton, Minnesota. She was one month, 22 days.

She leaves behind her loving parents, Amanda and Ryan as well as her siblings who doted on her every day; her brothers, Austen and Collin and sisters, Sadie and Charlotte.  She is also loved by her grandparents, Bernard & Sharon Piotter of Holloway and Natalie Olson & Marc of Atwater and Bob Turnbull of Appleton.  She was adored by her aunts and uncles which included, George & Donna Piotter of Milan, Lori & Dan Perseke of Appleton, Julie Funk & Ken Frank of Chanhassen, Jeff & Heather Piotter of Appleton, Jason & Sara Piotter of Holloway and Ashley Turnbull and Chris of Atwater.  Amelia had many cousins who admired her as well….Victoria, Dwight, Derek, Wyatt, Whitney, Waylon, Carson, Riley, Peyton, Valerie, Vanessa, Jared, Gerald, Dustin, Casey, Aurora and Phoenix.

While we cannot understand why we only had this amazing angel in our lives for such a short time, we will cherish every memory that we had with this sweet little girl.

In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials. Pedersen Funeral Home in Morris is in charge of the arrangements.
