Brian Moser

The funeral for Brian Moser, of Morris, Minnesota will be held on Monday, November 5, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Apostolic Christian Church, Morris, North, in Morris, with the Apostolic Christian Church Ministers officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday, from 5 to 8 p.m. and Monday one hour prior to services at the Morris North Apostolic Christian Church. Burial will be at the Apostolic Christian Church Cemetery, Morris.

Brian Lee Moser, son of Carl and Norene (Schmidgall) Moser was born on January 29, 1960 in Rochester, Minnesota. He was raised in Morris, Minnesota, where he graduated from high school and later acquired a bachelor’s degree at the University of Minnesota, Morris. Eventually in 1990, Brian managed Morris Commercial Printing for more than 15 years. He loved living in Morris close to his parents and family in faith.

Brian was an avid sportsman who had a passion to train and judge field trial dogs. He was grateful to have had the opportunity to care for and train field trial dogs with a professional over the final year of his life. Brian also was devoted to being a big brother and mentor.

Brian died peacefully on Wednesday, October 31, 2018, surrounded by his family at the West Wind Village in Morris, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 58 years old.

He is survived by his parents: Carl and Norene Moser, Morris, MN; four brothers: Todd (Kimberly) Moser, Donnelly, MN, Ben Moser, Minneapolis, MN, Carter Moser, Morris, MN and Kent (Amy) Moser, Fargo, ND; also survived by his nieces: Heather, Abby, and Ellie; nephews: Tyler and Sam; and his great-nieces: Mona and Renly.

Brian and the Moser Family were overwhelmed and thankful for the support of our community, church, and family who extended their love and help during the last weeks of Brian’s journey. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials are given in Brian’s name to Rusc Kinship, 215 Atlantic Ave., Morris, MN 56267.
