Memorial services for Donna Lehman of Morris, MN will be Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at Assumption Catholic Church in Morris, with Father Todd Schneider officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. with a prayer service at 6:30 and rosary to follow at the Pedersen Funeral Home in Morris and for one hour prior to services at the church on Tuesday. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Morris.
Donna Mae Paul, daughter of George and Agnes (Cichy) Paul, was born March 15, 1942 in Perham, Minnesota, where she grew up and graduated from Perham High School in 1960. On September 1, 1960 she was united in marriage to Floyd Lehman at St. Henry's Church in Perham. The couple lived in Morris, where they raised their four children. From 1980 to 1998, Donna worked at Hardee's in Morris. She then began working at the Morris Area School Cafeteria, retiring in 2008.
Donna was an active member of Assumption Catholic Church in Morris. She also volunteered many hours at the Stevens County Food Shelf. Donna was known for her wonderful cooking and baking, especially her cookies. She was the perfect example of a gentle soul; she was a tender hearted person and never spoke a bad word of anyone. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Donna will always be remembered as being a devoted wife, loving mother and caring grandmother.
Donna died on Thursday, August 20, 2015 at the Courage Cottage in Morris. She lived to 73 years.
She is survived by her husband: Floyd Lehman of Morris; four children: Bob (Peggy) Lehman of Manassas, VA, Brian (Robin) Lehman of Gillette, WY, Lisa Sack of Perham and Ali (Jeff) Anderson of Morris; seven grandchildren: Justin and Travis Lehman, Mason Lehman, Rayonna and Amanda Sack and Jared and Brock Anderson; one brother: Dave (Bev) Paul of Leavenworth, KS; one sister: Judy Keidel of Perham; several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and one nephew: Brett Paul.
