Henry Bremer

Henry Bremer, son of Frank and Caroline (Kaschmitter) Bremer, was born January 19, 1913 in Wilmont, Minnesota, where he grew up and attended school. In 1941, the family moved to a farm place near Alberta. In 1943, the family then moved to a farm place near Morris, where they lived until 1968. Henry and his brother Clarence then bought a farm place near Cyrus, where they continued to live until 1990, when they both retired.
Henry was a member of Assumption Catholic Church in Morris. He enjoyed fishing when he was younger. He also liked to play pool. He especially enjoyed driving the countryside.
Henry died on Monday, April 6, 2009 at the Douglas County Hospital in Alexandria, Minnesota, having lived to reach the age of 96 years.
Henry is survived by two sisters: Edith of Baker, MT and Estelle of Ortonville. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters: Anne Mae and Verena and five brothers: Arnold, Edwin, Norman, Gerold and Clarence.
