Kolleen Kill

Kolleen Susan Helberg, was born January 1, 1982 in Morris , Minnesota , where she lived her early childhood. She was baptized at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cyrus. Kolleen moved to Albuquerque , New Mexico , until the age of sixteen, when she moved back to the Morris area. On December 2, 2000, she was united in marriage to Jeremiah Kill. To this union, three girls were born, Tajara Cecilia, Trenity Ann and Talia Geesien. Kolleen graduated from Morris High School in 2001 and continued her education at Regency Beauty Academy in St. Cloud for Cosmetology. Following her schooling, Kolleen worked at various Great Clips before working for a short time at All About Hair in Morris. She later returned to the St. Cloud area to work, and was currently employed at the Great Clips in Sartell , MN .





Kolleen loved to bake with her girls. She liked spending time outdoors, traveling to several different parks. She especially loved spending time with her family and friends. She was loved and will be missed deeply by her family.





Kolleen was taken from us suddenly and tragically on Friday, May 7, 2010 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in St. Cloud , Minnesota . She lived to reach the age of 28 years.





She is survived by her husband: Jeremiah Kill of Morris; three daughters: Tajara Cecilia (11), Trenity Ann (5) and Talia Geesien (4) of Morris; mother & step-father: Gretchen (Mitch) Sutton of New Mexico; father and step-mother: Edward (Marie) Helberg of Utah; one brother: Kenneth (Laurie) Helberg of Ohio; half-brother: Duvon Helberg of Utah; grandparents: Cliff Anderson of Morris and Arland and Bonnie Helberg of Kensington and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandmother: Dolly Johnson Anderson.





Pallbearers for the service are: Ashley Schaefer, Royanna Preston, Robert Huntley, Scott Helberg, Kenneth Helberg and Douglas Kill, Jr. Honorary pallbearer is Darla Griego. Linda Hodgson will serve as pianist for the service with Ken Hodgson and the St. Mary’s School 5 th Grade Class providing special music for the service. Pedersen Funeral Home in Morris is charge of the arrangements.
