Minnie Anna Marie Moser, daughter of Joseph Sr. and Rosina (Luthi) Moser, was born June 6, 1931 in Horton Township, in Stevens County, Minnesota. She grew up and attended country school graduating from the eighth grade. She then went on to help on the family farm and when needed helped her older brothers and sisters raise their families. When she turned 18, she began to work in Morris. She candled eggs at Richard's Produce, and it was here that she met Earl Kussatz. She was united in marriage to Earl Kussatz on September 18, 1951. They made their home in Morris and were blessed with three children: Curtis, Arnold, and Kathleen. They repented and were baptized in the Apostolic Christian Church of Morris on November 2, 1963. In following years, she raised her family, obtained her GED, and worked part time at the flower shop. Minnie and Earl enjoyed many trips around the United States. Earl passed away February 1, 1999. Minnie has continued to live in Morris until the time of her death. Minnie enjoyed quilting and reading, but most of all, she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
