Pearl Lois (Trost) Moser, born on March 4th, 1931, has lived a life full of faith, family, friends, and flowers. She married the love of her life, Alphai Moser on August 4th, 1950. Pearl and Alphai farmed together in rural Morris, raising six children, Lois (Keith) Schmidgall, Sharilyn (Terry) Seter, Marilyn (Jerry) Halseth, Gary (Doreen) Moser, Myron (Marlene) Moser, Doug (Dawn) Moser and they were blessed with 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

She lived a life of dignity, grace, courage and service. In 1964, Alphai was placed into the ministry and Pearl stood by his side as his loyal friend and strongest supporter. She spent many hours by his side working tirelessly with others as well as taking care of their family at home during their years of service to the Lord. Her heart and home were always open to friends, family and those who were in need. Her faith and service to the Lord was steadfast through all her years on earth and her reward is being fulfilled this day in heaven.

Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and she surrounded herself with them and immersed herself in their lives. She loved to spend time with them fishing, sewing, flying kites and other fun activities. She was a special Grandma to her own grandchildren as well as other little children she befriended along the way.

We have had the privilege to walk beside this woman of courage and strong faith, and we have learned much from her. As a teacher, she taught us a strong work ethic, moral character, love, forgiveness and many other skills that helped guide us through life. These are the wonderful traits for which she will always be remembered. Though she will be deeply missed, we know she is at peace and rest in the great home above.

Along with her 6 children, 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, Pearl is also survived by her sister, Lyla Cin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alphai; her sister, Mildred Sandwick and her parents, Anna & Edward Trost.

Pearl's grandsons will serve as pallbearers for the service, with her remaining grandchildren and great-grandchildren serving as honorary pallbearers. The Apostolic Christian Church Choir will provide the special music for the service. Pedersen Funeral Home in Morris is in charge of the arrangements.
