Roger was diagnosed with Stage 4, non-small cell lung cancer July 14th, 2009; he fought a courageous battle for 15 months.

Our dad is: the helper dad, the hockey dad, the gobstopper dad, the homework dad, the really smart dad, the chef dad, the hunting dad, the fishing dad, the camping dad, the builder of "the shack" dad, the baseball dad, tough, strong and brave dad, the huggy dad, my best friend dad, and the dad who told us "I Love You" every single night.
His father, Donald, and his brother-in-law, Kevin Boss, precede Roger in death.
Roger will be missed deeply by his loving wife, Jennifer (Holter), sons, Joseph and Mitchell, mother, Jeanne Dufault, sister, Linda Boss (Jim) Price, brother, Allen (Leslie) Dufault, parent-in-laws, Gilbert and Amy Holter, sister-in-law, Mary (Howard) Lapides, nieces and nephews, Lisa Boss (Jeff) Ficken, James (Marisa) Boss, Pamela Dufault, Tony Dufault, Sam Dufault (Dave) Kurien, Jacob Dufault, Spencer Lapides, Amelia Lapides, Parker Lapides, grand nieces, Santanna and Kelsey Ficken, Allyson and Catalyna Boss and Maggie Lapides. His church family, community, friends, and work family will also miss Roger.
