Sharon Ann Carlin, daughter of Edward and Vivian (Corcoran) Carlin, was born July 10, 1939 at Morris, Minnesota. She grew up in the Herman area, and began her schooling at St. Mary's School in Morris. She later attended school in Hoffman, graduating in 1957.
